We believe the right environment is essential for student success. Our residences are purpose-built or carefully refurbished to meet the highest standards of safety, comfort, and functionality — making them true “homes away from home.”
Intuthuko 1 & 2 – Empangeni Near the University of Zululand, offering secure, fully furnished rooms and vibrant communal spaces. Intuthuko 3 – iNkandla (expansion site): Soon to welcome 130 new students, with upgraded facilities and modern amenities.

We believe that every successful business must give back. Siyakhula is our pledge to uplift the very communities where our students live and learn.
Over 200 jobs created to date, with a target of 1,000 by 2029. From site maintenance to local partnerships, we hire and train from within our communities.
2025 Highlights: 65 food hampers delivered, supporting over 264 livelihoods.
Seasonal food distribution drives reaching vulnerable households. Over 450 families supported and a goal to deliver 2,000 hampers by 2029.
2025 Highlights: 23 permanent jobs and 20 temporary jobs created, totalling 43.
Our outreach campaign tackling drug abuse and teen pregnancy in schools, in partnership with SANCA and the Ke Moja initiative.
2025 Highlights: Intuthuko Soccer Team established and Cultural Day held.
Our environmental response: water-saving initiatives, solar conversion plans, and green infrastructure at all our sites.
2025 Highlights: 40% solar energy conversion achieved at Intuthuko 1.
Together, these initiatives aim to impact 10,000 lives across Empangeni, iNkandla and beyond.
